Last December 30, 2011 we had our family reunion. The Martinez Clan. :110: This year, our reunion was held on the swimming pool area of One Gateway Place Condominium, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City. Since my blog was down that time, I wasn’t able to blog about it. And it was just only now that I have time to make up for the posts I missed. :yipee:
A lot of Filipinos are fond of family reunion since most of us are family-oriented and indeed, Filipinos has been known in the world for being family-oriented. FAMILY FIRST. :40: Luckily, we have or reuion EVERY YEAR. Not all families do that. :19:
A little background:
The Martinez Clan always celebrate family reunion yearly and according to my mother, Ella Martinez Tria, it just started when I was 8 years old. I am not sure if she;s sure about it, but to estimate, this family reunion has been going on for more than 10 years. (I am 19 years old, you may do the math. :67: ) The Martinez Clan is on my mother’s side and the reunion is something I always looked forward to every year. :4: WE have reunions on December, and sometimes a small celebration or reunion every November and March. I love this reunion and I am happy it is celebrated every year, no matter what happens, the reunion must go on, they know what I mean. :71:

Just to let you know, it was really windy in the place. I didn’t even swim, I can’t take the cold weather, it’s really windy so you will really freeze when you get in the pool. :9: Hahaha. My partner swan though, but he didn’t have pictures. I was busy eating and chatting with my relatives. Hahaha. :yipee:

Deity also received more gifts during the reunion. :gift: Just gifts, no cash. So the total she received was 4250 Philippine pesos with many gifts. Maybe I will be posting them some time this week. :cute: Thank you godparents, relatives and friends! :mwah:
