Last April 30, 2013, me and some other bloggers were invited in Spring Singapura for a food tasting event. It was an honor to be invited by such an awesome restaurant to review their foods. Spring Singapura is located in AG-9 Metrowalk Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines. Spring Signapura is a sister company of Crab Party which is located in the Heart of Garden City at 100 Yio Chu Kang Road, in front of Serrangon Stadium. Crab Party has been recognized by several culinary critics in the Lion’s City state and considered as one of the best places that can serve the best Singaporean Chili Crabs. Spring Singapura has imported ches from Singapore to give you the most authentic food that you can get here in the Philippines.
Let me start of with the taste.
The TASTE:
I’ve tasted most of their best sellers. And one of my favorite was their cereal prawn. Boy, it really surprised me is their yummy cereal prawn! The cereals were a bit spicy but there;s something with the cereal that will make you love it. It’s just the cereal part! Wait till you get a taste of the prawn! IT WAS SUPERB! Too bad I was late for the food tasting event I don’t have pictures of the food since I came from another event and there was this really huge traffic that made me late. (I am not making excuses here, someone from Spring Singapura agreed with me. Coming from MOA that day was really hard. The guy told me he saw three car accidents while coming from MOA as well and was stucked to that really heavy traffic! So going back..) Don’t worry, I’ll make up to the ambiance part! :yipee:
The other offers like Black Pepper Crab was also yummy. But the best among those I tasted is still the cereal prawn.

If you ask me, their price is pretty cheap. They an awesome ambiance and AUTHENTIC food! I mean, it’s really a bang for the bucks for me.

The AMBIANCE:
As you can see in the photos, Spring Singapura has a really awesome ambiance. It will make you feel like you’re in 5 star hotel. Yup. 5 star hotel is the best way to describe it.

My VERDICT: Spring Singapura is really a must try! Craving for fine dining or authentic Singaporean cuisine? Well, Spring Singapura is the place for you!
