Something to think about :
What is your response to God’s love? :9:
Have you confessed your sin and accepted His forgiveness? :15:
Are you living in grateful obedience to Him? :99:
Today’s entry simply deals with how great is God’s love. It serves as a reminder for us. :67: God’s love for us is so deep that we have a hard time comprehending it. (Our Daily Bread 2012) :93: Which is true. Sometimes I even ask myself if God knew His Son would suffer and die in the world, why did He let it happen? God’s love is so great that there are lot of things we cannot explain. Today’s entry also reminded us of the most famous Bible verse for me, John 3:16, “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” :40: Think about it, can you really take the pain of seeing your son or daughter die when you know you can do something about it? :argh: I will be honest, I can’t. :87: It is probably the most painful thing that can happen to a parent. :a: And this alone, God giving His only Son, proves how great is His love for us. :99:
“Eternal life is made possible by God’s eternal love.” (Our Daily Bread 2012)
