“God has a purpose in our heartaches,
The Savior always knows what’s best;
We learn so many precious lessons
In each sorrow, trial, and test.”
– Jarvis
Tests and trials happens to our life everyday and we have probably heard this a lot of times. :67: But we often forget this at times of problems. :71: This problems are tests of our faith, trials to prepare our soul for the upcoming meeting with God. :99: Why do we have these preparations? :51: Think about this, people prepare when visitors are coming to our house, thousands of people prepare when a foreign singer holds a concert in the country, :79: we prepare so much for the coming of the president, even as a guest or a relative, we still prepare. :googlyeyes: It is God Himself , our loving Father, who allows times of testing to prepare us to serve Him. (Our Daily Bread 2012) Although we forget this at times of pain, the Bible offers this simple advice, “count it all joy… knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.” (James 1:2-3) (Our Daily Bread 2012)
Experience is still the best teacher and only in learning from our own mistakes wherein we really learn. This is the hardest way to learn but it is the most effective way. :9: It can also help us improve our being and help us to be a better person. It is through test that can help us measure what we have learned. If life is perfect, how can we learn?
“God allows adversity into our lives not to break us but to better us.” (Our Daily Bread 2012)
