“All your anxiety, all your care,
Bring to the mercy seat, leave it there;
Never a burden He cannot bear,
Never a friend like Jesus.”
– Joy
The world today are surrounded by anxiety with different reasons but with one common denominator: “we cannot bear anxiety ALONE.“ :100: Anxiety is a burden we are not called to bear. Instead, we are to lay our concerns on Christ because He cares for us ( 1 Peter 5:7; see also Phil. 4:6-7). :99: Today’s entry talks about how to deal with anxiety and a lot of people tend to forget: “Cast your burdens to God.” (Remembering the song with the lyrics “Cast your burdens upon Him…”) :93: Life is simple and we are only the ones who make it complicated, anxiety is inevitable but God is also inevitable, God is your friend and He can bear any anxiety you will give to Him. :67: He is our friend and we can share anything to Him especially those we cannot bear. :9: We sometimes forget how powerful is God and that “He is our friend.” Never hesitate your anxiety to God for it is the only way we can feel better :69: and not even this anxiety-fighting drugs can help you :4: it will only make it worse for you. :79: Have faith and remember that “God is always with us, He is our friend.” :87:
“God invites us to burden Him with what burdens us.” (Our Daily Bread 2012) He is a true friend. :110:
