Yesterday was Heinrich Rudolf Hertz 155th Birhday and Google took part again in celebrating and commemorating his 155th birthday. And as a part of the celebration, Google showed respect and honor to him through this logo yesterday. This was Google’s yesterday’s logo:

It was a waving logo stands for Hertz’s electromagnetism. Even though Google changes it’s logo depending on the day, the usual logo contains the word Google, but on this one, where is Google’s logo? Here’s what I found after researching:
The undulating curves also hide a message, one you may never notice unless you take the time to look.
The waves form a repeating pattern: There’s a large blue curve, followed by a shallow red, shallow yellow, deep blue, skinny green, and one final red curve. Those lines match the general shape of Google’s traditional logo: Uppercase blue G, small Os, a lowercase g, a skinny green L, and a red E. It’s not the most difficult code to decipher, but Google’s doodle serves as a lovely metaphor for Hertz’s work.
Namely, Hertz earned his fame by discovering what had always been there.

Google has been really smart in so many ways. Google gives the best service and at the same time with a twist of humor and mystery. Google knows what the internet users really need and it was probably their key to their success. Right now, with this simple logo you see how the wits of Google. It only server as a proof how smart is Google compared to their competitors. No wonder they are very successful right now. Google influences people and teaches people in such a unique way. Without Google’s logo yesterday, I would not be curious about who Hertz is! Anyway, now that I know, I want to greet the genius a belated happy birthday! :hbd: :yipee:
